Soil Conditions Treated by Revive Plus
Revive Plus is a soil-applied amendment that combines micronized biochar with humic and fulvic acids and a suite of biological enhancers — fish hydrolysate, kelp extract, yucca extract, and molasses. Each component plays a distinct role at the root zone, addressing soil structure, water dynamics, nutrient retention, and biological activity.
Poor Soil Structure & Compaction
The 5-micron micronized biochar provides stable carbon with very high surface area, improving soil aggregation and increasing porosity. This builds better air and water movement through the root zone and reduces compaction over time.
Inconsistent Water Availability
Biochar increases water-holding capacity in the root zone without waterlogging. Yucca-derived saponins reduce surface tension to improve infiltration and help water move evenly through hydrophobic, sandy, or compacted soils.
Nutrient Leaching
Biochar acts as a long-term adsorption site for nutrients, while humic and fulvic acids bind nutrients in a form that stays in the root zone but remains plant-available. The result is less leaching and more efficient fertility.
Weak Soil Biology
Molasses delivers simple sugars (labile carbon) as an immediate energy source for microbes. Fish hydrolysate supplies amino acids, peptides, and organic nitrogen that fuel microbial biomass and nutrient cycling. Together they help populate and activate microbial communities on the biochar surface.
Slow Root Establishment
Kelp extract contributes plant-derived compounds — including trace minerals and naturally occurring growth regulators (cytokinins, auxin-like compounds) — that support root growth, branching, and stress response.
Plant Stress
By stabilizing moisture, keeping nutrients available, and supporting active soil biology, Revive Plus helps plants handle stress more consistently from establishment through maturity.
Runoff in Turf Systems
Improves infiltration and reduces runoff in turfgrass while supporting microbial processes tied to organic matter breakdown and nutrient cycling.

Professional Usage Guidelines
For most soil applications, mix 1–4 fl oz Revive Plus per gallon of water and adjust dilution volume to match your spray equipment or irrigation volume. For trees, apply 1–4 fl oz per inch trunk diameter (DBH) mixed with 10–20 gallons of water per tree, applied evenly around the dripline or via soil injection around the root zone. For ornamental shrubs and perennials, apply 1–4 fl oz per plant mixed with 1–2 gallons of water as a soil drench around the root zone and water in thoroughly. For turfgrass and lawns, apply 10–12 fl oz per 1,000 sq ft mixed with 5–10 gallons of water and apply evenly using a backpack sprayer, pump sprayer, spray rig, or irrigation system, then deeply irrigate after application. Shake container well before each use. Revive Plus is flexible — you may adjust rates as needed.
